Service Fulfillment

Once a client engages our services and an agreement is signed, our team begins the campaign development and execution process. All services are tailored to the specific objectives and deliverables outlined in the contract or proposal. Fulfillment timelines, campaign strategies, and content calendars are discussed and approved in advance with each client.Clients will receive:
• A detailed outline of campaign goals and deliverables.
• Transparent communication throughout the strategy and launch process.
• Ongoing access to performance metrics, reports, or content drafts where applicable.If a client is using a self-service or platform-based offering, delivery instructions and timelines will be clearly displayed at the point of checkout or onboarding.

No Refund Policy

Due to the strategic nature of our work and the allocation of internal resources upon project commencement, Rising Tides Entertainment maintains a strict no refund policy.All sales and service agreements are final. This includes but is not limited to:
• Strategy consultations
• Content creation and editing
• Social or influencer campaigns
• Paid advertising and promotional management
• Sound design or music-based activationsWe encourage all prospective clients to contact us with any questions prior to purchase or engagement.Cancellation PolicyOnce a campaign or service has begun, it cannot be canceled or refunded. If you need to modify your campaign objectives, please reach out to your account manager, and we will do our best to accommodate changes within the scope of work.
